At Treasure Perfumery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following terms and conditions:

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Certain items, such as personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Please securely package your item and include the RA number on the outside of the package. Returns without a valid RA number may not be accepted or processed.
3. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
